Australian Winter on Coolangatta Beach
A cold weatherfront from the Antarctica lead to rather empty beaches and impressive cloud formations over the Australian East Coast in 2014. The beaches in Coolangatta offer some good surfing conditions and maybe the prettiest beaches on the Gold Coast. The beaches here are not just long and wide, but also offer some palms and rock formations all the way down to the sea. However, what definitely makes this beach unique is the view over the sea on the skyscrapers of the Gold Coast.
